Drum Circle | building commUNITY beat-by-beat

Come share your rhythmic spirit and drum with us! Participants can expect to connect with others and enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of rhythmic entrainment.

Spear-It facilitators will guide participants through a joyful and engaging drum circle experience. A variety of hand drums and small percussion instruments will be provided. No prior musical experience is necessary.

There is NO CHARGE for this event, but we invite you to bring a CASH DONATION.

Instruments will be provided, but individuals may bring their own hand drum or small percussion if desired.

Come dressed comfortably.

You may choose to sit on the floor or in a chair provided by the studio.

Please register in advance so we can ensure we have enough instruments and chairs.
